The Geef Tim een Roos Activiteit took place on February 14th 2020 and was a grand success. Tim was slightly disappointed in the attendance though, as in the end he only obtained just a single rose given by a secret lover. “If it’s the only rose that I got, it must mean someone loves me so much that they ensured all the other roses got missing!”, was a statement that Tim frequently made for a few weeks straight! Unfortunately, due to the GDPR, we cannot say that it was our sister association Duivelsei (located in Leiden) who was Tim’s secret lover all along!
The 19th board then decided that it was nice to keep this as a reminder to provide somebody some additional love on this special day, and moved it to the married couple in the board.
The 20th likely does not even realize this activity exists, but definitely unconditionally supports showing some love to your fellow Knights.
This activity is repeated every single year!
This is not an actual activity. If you do decide to physically show up at the specified location (“The board’s heart”), we’ll have to call the police and an ambulance because that’s definitely not BHV-verantwoord.
